Board members

The Chair and Non-executive Directors are appointed by the Members' Council.

The Chief Executive (CEO) and Executive Directors are appointed by the Non-executive Directors, although the appointments of the CEO must be approved by the Members' Council.

The Chair and Non-executive Directors monitor our executive management. One of the Non-executive Directors represents the University of Oxford. Tom Burns is currently the responsible Non-executive Director for the University.
